I am passionate about business, community and education partnerships; diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, career readiness, workforce training and STEM education. As such, I continue to be honored to represent Spark 101 STEM powered by the 114^th Partnership; and our mission to increase access to STEM careers for underrepresented students. Our Spark 101 resources have always been free, aligned to academic standards, developed in partnership with educators and business leaders and created with students and jobseekers in mind.

To date, we have inspired more than 500,000 students! However, we heard from many of our teachers and business partners that there was more we could do to ensure Spark 101 inspired greater numbers of students and jobseekers. We heard suggestions like:

·       “more elementary and middle school resources”

·       “improved searchability: by standard, company and subject”

·       “more new content”

·       “workforce lessons”

We listened, and spent months working to improve the site. I am THRILLED to introduce the brand new www.Spark101.org website! Check it out, #share with a colleague, teacher and/ or business leader. The new design allows workforce professionals, educators, and parents to easily search for real world challenges to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders!
